McDonalds in Fulda

So far, I've had three nuggets too few for 9er chicken nuggets twice in the last three months and no sweet and sour sauce today, and the cocoa-cherry bag wasn't even through. This shop is avoided!

I rarely go to fast food chains and wanted to buy my daughter a Happy Meal today, because of Covid I had to enter my order at the machine (the first time), entered cash payment at the checkout and thought I would pay it as soon as the fat man paid the Kasss my no. recites. I had only concentrated on the number and stood with my little daughter for 25 minutes in the evening. We were probably invisible for 25 minutes, until an employee asked what my number was and I showed her my receipt, then the proud, strong colleague came and said show me, yes, there is a receipt here at the cash register, so we were easy 25 minutes just air and nobody cared that the customers before and after me simply went with their goods. I'm sorry for my daughter, but I definitely didn't buy the happy meal from them after waiting 25 minutes

Very friendly service at the DriveIn counter and also when serving.

The vegan burger is served "mushy" in most branches. Not here. The salad was really crisp and fresh, the tomatoes and onions looked very freshly cut and good. respect

The fries tasted so old that it might also be due to Corona.

Rarely experienced something lazy about the staff! Plus cold burgers, not lukewarm, but cold ones .... do you produce the burgers during the Corona period so that you have time to play on your mobile phone? Each of you should pay something and get no performance so that I can see your faces! And this is not the first time !!!

typical McDonald's as you know it from other cities. A bit stressful and chaotic, the chocolate sauce was missing on my ice cream at first, but then got a completely new one - so we had 2 for the price for 1 :-)

We thought there would be a real mc Donalds Cafe to just get an espresso and then hit the road again. They just had the machine in their fast food section and had not the real coffee cups.. Got coffee im to go cups (disposable ones). Didn't really fit into the low waste concept.
